Fred’s been around real estate all his life, thanks to a father who was a builder/developer throughout Oregon. Raised in Eugene, Fred has lived in Bend since 1976 and was first licensed three years later in 1979.

Ever since he became a member of the Bend community, Fred has dedicated himself to supporting Bend through his work and volunteer service. Having fully enjoyed Central Oregon’s charms from the slopes of Mt.
